These terms govern your use of TECH BOOK (the “Site”), operated by [PENDING: set business.legalName in site.config.ts]. By purchasing from the Site, you agree to these terms.
What we sell
The Site sells downloadable PDF reference guides, individually or as a full bundle of 44 titles, priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown on the Site are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
License to use
When you purchase a PDF, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the files, in whole or in part.
Payment
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. An order is only fulfilled once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway — we never rely on an unconfirmed client-side payment claim.

Availability
We aim to keep the Site and download links available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, [PENDING: set business.legalName in site.config.ts] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or the purchased files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
