Every product on TECH BOOK is a downloadable digital PDF delivered instantly after payment. Because the file is available to you immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable — except in the specific cases below.
You are eligible for a refund if
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
- Payment was deducted but you never received a working download link — by email or on the confirmation page — after contacting support and giving us a chance to resend it.
- The file you received is genuinely corrupted, unreadable, or is not the title you paid for.
Not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind after a successful download.
- Buying the wrong title by mistake — check the title carefully before paying.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@techbooks.shop with your order id (or the email/phone used at checkout) and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Cashfree and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
